Foreign players should know about UK stance on racism - Taylor

In the wake of the eight-match ban handed to Luis Suarez for racially abusing Patrice Evra, Professional Footballers' Association chief executive Gordon Taylor tells BBC Radio 5 live that education may be needed for overseas players who come to the UK about "what is acceptable on and off the pitch".

Liverpool have accused the FA of being "determined to bring charges against Luis Suarez, even before interviewing him".

The club say they are "surprised" and "disappointed" and continue to back Suarez, who has 14 days to appeal.
