Wenger believes dual England role is possible

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says managing England while taking charge of a Premier League team is possible on a short-term basis, although he rules himself out of the post.

The Frenchman says he is "surprised" by Fabio Capello's decision to resign from the England post, which Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is being tipped to fill.

Wenger, whose team face Sunderland at the weekend, adds that he will be sad to see Thierry Henry leave the club on 16 February as he says he would "love" to have his compatriot with the Gunners for a further two weeks.
