Noel Gallagher welcomes Carlos Tevez Manchester City apology

Singer and Manchester City fan Noel Gallagher tells BBC Radio 5 live that now Carlos Tevez has apologised the club can move forward.

Argentine striker Tevez, who has not played for the club since September has also withdrawn his appeal against the club's gross misconduct fine.
