Gary Lineker hopes positivity will help Stiliyan Petrov

BBC Sport presenter Gary Lineker says he hopes positive stories and the support of the 'football family' will help Stiliyan Petrov overcome his battle with leukaemia.

Lineker, whose son was diagnosed with the disease as a baby, says treatment has "improved considerably" and says there are "plenty of examples" of people who have returned to health.
