Roberto di Matteo needs FA Cup win and top four to get Chelsea job
Former Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri says Roberto di Matteo needs to win the FA Cup and finish in the Premier League's top four to stay on as Chelsea manager.
Ranieri believes age and experience are not essential for the job, pointing to the achievements of Andre Villas-Boas and Pep Guardiola.
The Italian, who was Chelsea boss from 2000 to 2004, says the cup final against Liverpool and qualifying for the Champions League are equally as important for the club.
