Silly goals cost Norwich - Paul Lambert

Manager Paul Lambert blames Norwich's concession of "silly goals" for their 2-0 Premier League defeat by relegation-battling Blackburn.

The Scot describes both Mauro Formica's first-half finish and Junior Hoilett's 20-yard effort as "soft" goals for the Canaries to concede, but compliments the quality of the host's second goal.

Lambert describes their return to the Premier League - in which they stand 12th - as a "long season".
