Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba is overcome with emotion as he returns to the Reebok Stadium to greet the cheering and chanting crowd.

The 24-year-old was present to watch Bolton take on Spurs, after suffering a cardiac arrest during his side's FA Cup tie at White Hart Lane on 17 March.

Muamba was released from hospital on 16 April and says the support from fans has been "overwhelming".
