Derry hero Patterson savours Aviva victory

Derry City striker Rory Patterson is delighted after his two goals help the Candystripes to a 3-2 success over St Pat's in the FAI Cup decider.

The former Coleraine and Plymouth player came on as a substitute and scored a penalty to put City 2-1 ahead.

Patterson then scored the winner in extra-time and he is now looking forward to playing in European competition next season.
