Reading must dig in for first win - Brian McDermott

Manager Brian McDermott urges Reading to use their goalless draw with Norwich as a "platform to build on" as they look for their first win of the season.

McDermott admits his side are currently experiencing a "funny period" but believes his side can escape the relegation zone if they continue to "dig in" for results.
