BBC Sport's Robbie Savage believes football should implement a managerial transfer window following the sackings of Henning Berg and Alex McLeish.

Blackburn Rovers sacked Berg after 57 days in charge at Ewood Park in December, with McLeish lasting just 40 days at Nottingham Forest. Also on Robbie's agenda this week are Jack Wilshere's performance in England's win over Brazil and whether Cardiff City can be caught in the Championship.
