Savage Says - Manchester United have already won Premier League

BBC Sport's Robbie Savage says the Premier League title race has already been won by Manchester United after they went 12 points clear of rivals Manchester City at the weekend with only 12 games remaining.

After City lost 3-1 to Southampton in their last league game, Robbie believes United could top the table by the "biggest margin ever". Robbie also discusses how referees can stop "wrestling" inside the penalty box, like the incidents in the Celtic v Juventus Champions League clash and the recent form of Manchester United keeper David De Gea.
