Sean O'Driscoll on Championship survival and hating match days

Bristol City head coach Sean O'Driscoll speaks candidly to BBC Points West about his vision and ambition for the Championship strugglers.

The straight-talking former Nottingham Forest boss admits he never looks at the league standings, and says he would prefer to work in football Monday to Friday and avoid the match day.
