Swansea celebrate winning the Capital One Cup final after thumping Bradford City 5-0 at Wembley on Sunday.

A brace from both Nathan Dyer and Jonathan De Guzman, plus a goal from Michu, clinched the Swans' first major trophy - and became the first Welsh club to lift the League Cup.
