Jenny Archer on taming the 'Crazy Gang' and David Weir

It's said that behind every great man there's a great woman and in David Weir's case that in certainly true.

Jenny Archer has coached and masterminded the athlete to four Paralympic gold medals at the London Paralympics.

However, before Weir's arrival Archer also worked in football and through intense fitness work helped Wimbledon FC to an historic 1988 FA Cup victory over Liverpool and also aided Fulham Ladies League and Cup double in 2003.

To celebrate International Women's Day BBC Sport's Nick Hope meets Archer during one of wheelchair racer Weir's training sessions.
