Thompson heads Linfield to win over Glens

Peter Thompson's early header proves enough to give Linfield victory over derby rivals Glentoran.

Thompson pounced to score from close-range after Glens keeper Elliott Morris had tipped Matthew Tipton's header on to the crossbar.

Glentoran had their chances but could not avoid slipping to a third successive Premiership defeat.
