Canada a good test for England - Fara Williams

England midfielder Fara Williams says Canada "will come at them" when the two sides meet in a friendly on Sunday.

Canada knocked Great Britain out of the Olympics last summer but England, with many of the same players, bounced back to win the Cyprus Cup final against the Canadians last month.

Williams, who has over 100 caps for England, says the game will provide "good competition" going into the European Championships this summer.
