Sunderland 1-1 Stoke: 'Fortunate' point pleases Pulis
Manager Tony Pulis admits Stoke were "fortunate in some respects" to take a point from their 1-1 draw at Sunderland.
The Potters led through Jonathan Walters' first-half strike and saw Craig Gardner sent off for the hosts with an hour remaining, but John O'Shea grabbed the Black Cats' equaliser during a dominate second-half display.
The point sees Stoke remain in 11th place with 41 points, but they have yet to confirm their Premier League survival in a "surreal" season.
