Aston Villa v Chelsea: Stiliyan Petrov waves goodbye to Villa fans

Aston Villa captain Stiliyan Petrov leads his team-mates on a lap of honour around Villa Park for the final time.

The former Bulgaria international, who announced his retirement from football last week as he continues his fight against acute leukaemia, led the team out after their final game of the season at Villa Park.

Petrov will now focus on setting up a foundation to help fellow leukaemia sufferers.
