Paolo Di Canio cannot do as he wishes - PFA boss Gordon Taylor

Professional Footballers' Association chief executive Gordon Taylor says no club can be "a law unto itself" as it investigates the disciplinary action taken by Sunderland boss Paolo Di Canio.

The Black Cats boss publicly stated last week he had fined seven players and had threatened to sell those who had misbehaved.

Taylor confirmed a number of players have complained to him and believes Di Canio should have dealt with such matters "internally".
