Euro 2013: Karen Carney relaxed on England injuries

England forward Karen Carney says she is not worried about key injuries denting England's chances at Euro 2013, and feels the "fantastic" squad will succeed.

Captain Casey Stoney and striker Kelly Smith are currently struggling with injuries ahead of next month's tournament in Sweden, with manager Hope Powell recently telling BBC Sport she is waiting on fitness updates.

Looking ahead to England's campaign at Euro 2013, Carney admits their group is "really tough" but believes the team is "talented" enough to cope.
