Martin Paterson's header seals Northern Ireland's win over Russia

Martin Paterson celebrates his match-winning header for Northern Ireland in his side's 1-0 World Cup qualifying victory against Russia.

The Huddersfield Town man got on the end of a Niall McGinn cross to score just before half-time.

"I can get up quite high for a little man, and luckily it went in," said Paterson.
