Jose Mourinho makes cheeky jibe at Tottenham over Willian medical

Jose Mourinho mocks Tottenham after Willian agrees terms with Chelsea - despite passing a medical ahead of a planned move to White Hart Lane.

He says that "the best thing to do is have the medical in secret" to save embarrassment for the club and the player.

Willian has agreed a £30m deal to join Chelsea from Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala subject to a work permit hearing.
