Roy Hodgson puts focus on qualifying for 2014 World Cup

England manager Roy Hodgson says he is only focused on qualifying for next year's World Cup after Football Association chairman Greg Dyke said the team were unlikely to win the tournament.

Hodgson adds all of his side's qualifiers are of "vital importance" and he is looking for 10 points from their four matches in September and October.

He also said it is "touch and go" whether Daniel Sturridge will be fit for next week's match in Ukraine, after the Liverpool striker pulled out of Friday's qualifier against Moldova.
