Karen Carney scored a first-half hat-trick, with Ellen White also on target, as England dominated their lacklustre opponents. Substitute Natasha Dowie headed in the fifth before setting up Eni Aluko to complete the scoring.

It was England's first game since manager Hope Powell's sacking in August after a disappointing Euro 2013, with Powell's former assistant Brent Hills taking charge on a temporary basis.
