Everton 0-0 Tottenham: 'Good point' pleases Andre Villas-Boas

Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas says his side earned a "good point" after they battle to a goalless draw at Everton.

Spurs, who have scored nine goals in their 10 league games this season, now sit in fourth place just one point above Manchester City despite having scored 19 goals fewer than Manuel Pellegrini's side.

Villas-Boas defends his decision not to substitute goalkeeper Hugo Lloris after he suffered a heavy knock to the head from Romelu Lukaku. The Spurs boss says he was "composed and alert" enough to continue although admits the shot stopper does not remember the incident.
