Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas says his side were "extremely poor" and all the staff are feeling "ashamed" of themselves after they were humiliated by Manchester City at the Etihad.

A rampant Manchester City thrashed Spurs 6-0 to reassert their title credentials and move six points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal.

Spurs had only conceded six goals in this season's Premier League before this game.
