Chelsea 2-1 Crystal Palace: Jose Mourinho enjoys Blues 'transition'
Jose Mourinho tells Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker he is enjoying overseeing a "transition" of Chelsea's team, after the Blues beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Fernando Torres tapped in to put the Blues ahead, but Palace equalised through Marouane Chamakh's volley, before Ramires curled Mourinho's side back in front.
The result, coupled with Arsenal's 6-3 defeat at Manchester City, means Chelsea move to within two points of the Premier League leaders, and play the Gunners in their next league match at Emirates Stadium.
