Southampton 4-2 Norwich: Chris Hughton demands 'quick' change
Norwich manager Chris Hughton says his side need to "change very quick" if they are to avoid relegation, as they lose 4-2 away against Southampton.
The Canaries were 3-0 down until late goals from Johan Elmander and Robert Snodgrass gave them hope, before Sam Gallagher's goal in injury time secured the three points for the Saints.
Norwich lie 15th in the Premier League table, just four points above Sunderland who have three games in hand over them.
