Premier League clubs 'discriminating against disabled fans'
A BBC study has found that only three of the 20 top-flight stadiums currently provide the required number of wheelchair spaces.
With eight failing to offer even half of what they should under national guidelines, leading disability charity Level Playing Field has told the BBC that Premier League clubs are discriminating against their own fans.
Arsenal supporter and wheelchair user Anthony Joy says disabled fans want equality, not "special treatment", and that football clubs should do more to provide for supporters with disabilities.
