Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis praises his team's work rate after they secure their third successive Premier League victory by beating Aston Villa 1-0.

The hosts created the better chances and secured victory when Jason Puncheon found the bottom corner on 74 minutes.

Since his appointment in November, Pulis has led Palace from the relegation zone to 12th in the Premier League table, seven points clear of the bottom three, but modestly says he is "just doing my job".
