Manchester United 3-1 Hull City: Steve Bruce praises Matty Fryatt
Hull City boss Steve Bruce says striker Matty Fryatt has staked a claim to start in the FA Cup final after scoring in his side's 3-1 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Teenager James Wilson scored twice on his debut to put the hosts in command before Fryatt scored with a stunning strike from 25 yards. Substitute Robin Van Persie scored a third United goal five minutes from time to secure the points.
Hull have just taken just one point from their last four Premier League matches but are safe from relegation and are focussing on their FA Cup final clash with Arsenal on 17 May.
