Ronald Koeman perfect fit for Southampton says Les Reed

Les Reed, Southampton's executive director, says new manager Ronald Koeman is a perfect fit for the Saints.

"We've ended up with the man that we thought fitted the profile better than anybody else," he told BBC South today.

"He's perfect for us. His track record, philosophy and culture, everything fits and we can really move on from what Mauricio (Pochettino) did for us."
