World Cup 2014: Subbed David Villa cries during final Spain game

Spain striker David Villa has to be consoled by his team-mates and manager Vicente Del Bosque after he was substituted against Australia in his final game for the national team.

The 32-year-old scored his ninth goal in World Cups and his 59th in total when he flicked in Juanfran's cross during Spain's 3-0 victory, but after being subbed he cried on the bench as he was surrounded by the manager and team-mates.

Del Bosque later said he was unaware when he substituted Villa that it was the striker's final international.
