World Cup 2014: England players satisfied with display

England manager Roy Hodgson says he was pleased with his side's "spirited" performance during their 0-0 draw with Costa Rica in their final match at Brazil 2014.

The draw saw the Three Lions finish bottom of group D with a solitary point.

Meanwhile, 36-year-old midfielder Frank Lampard refused to be drawn on his England future but said it was still a pleasure to play for his country.
