Newcastle manager Alan Pardew says his side's 4-0 defeat away against Southampton is "not going to help" the pressure surrounding his job security.

Two goals from Graziano Pelle in the first half, along with strikes from Jack Cork and Morgan Schneiderlin, gave the Saints the three points as the Magpies struggled throughout.
