Tottenham will benefit from stability - Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says a period of stability will help north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur challenge the Gunners in the Premier League.

The two teams have endured a stuttering start to the season and meet on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium. Wenger believes introducing less players over the summer and having "a quality manager" in Mauricio Pochettino will aid Spurs in their quest to qualify for the Champions League.

In 18 seasons in the Premier League, Wenger's side have never finished below Spurs in the table, and the Frenchman says he is "proud to be consistent", something he says is the most difficult part of being a manager.
