West Bromwich Albion manager Alan Irvine says his players are "capable of better" following their 2-1 defeat at Liverpool.

Goals from Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson either side of Saido Berahino's controversial penalty secured all three points for Liverpool.

The result brought West Brom's three-match winning run to an end and saw them drop to 13th in the Premier League table.
