Arsenal 3-3 Anderlecht: Gunners were punished - Arsene Wenger

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says his team may have "subconsciously underestimated" Anderlecht after letting a 3-0 lead slip at the Emirates Stadium to draw 3-3 with the Belgian club in the Champions League.

Mikel Arteta, Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain put the Gunners in command, but Anderlecht scored three goals in 29 minutes to claim a draw.

A victory would have seen Arsenal qualify for the last 16 with two games to spare, but Wenger's side now need a point from their final two games at home to Borussia Dortmund and away at Galatasaray.
