Gareth McAuley leads N Ireland in Bucharest

West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley has been named as skipper for Northern Ireland's Euro 2016 qualifier away to Romania.

McAuley, winning his 51st cap, takes over from regular captain Steven Davis who misses the match because of a hamstring injury.

Northern Ireland have made their best ever start to a qualifying campaign, winning their first three matches in Group F.
