Aston Villa 1-1 Southampton: Paul Lambert pleased with Saints draw
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert says his side's 1-1 draw with Southampton is a "good point", despite Villa conceding an equaliser in the 81st minute.
Villa went ahead when Gabriel Agbonlahor took advantage of an error by Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster, but Nathaniel Clyne denied them a much-needed win.
Paul Lambert's 100th game in charge brought to an end a run of three straight home defeats for his side.
He said: "I've dealt with pressure all my life really through being in football and being in management - it's part and parcel of the game.
"It's a great job, you have problems and the secret is to find the solution. That's the secret.
"It's a key period from now until May. Every weekend we play is a challenge, but it's a challenge we have to rise to."
