Ronnie Moore: Hartlepool boss enthused by management return
New Hartlepool boss Ronnie Moore tells BBC Look North is relieved to return to management after an eight-month absence.
Moore, 61, was sacked by Tranmere in April after admitting to breaches of the Football Association's betting regulations and had been out of work since.
He took over at Pools following the departure of Paul Murray, who was himself removed from the post after the FA Cup exit by non-league Blyth Spartans earlier this month.
The former Rotherham and Oldham manager takes over at Victoria Park with Pools bottom of the Football League but, with 26 games left to play, he is optimistic of turning their form around.
