Hull 0-1 Leicester: Nigel Pearson 'relieved' as wait for win ends

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson is relieved after his side beat Hull 1-0 at the KC Stadium to end a run of 14 Premier League games without a victory and finally "get that elusive win".

Riyad Mahrez's brilliant strike was the difference between the two sides and Pearson was quick to praise the Algerian winger's work ethic.

The win keeps the Foxes within three points of safety. They remain bottom of the table but Pearson says it is "important not to get too far adrift".
