David Beckham says Miami MLS franchise delay is 'frustrating'

Former England captain David Beckham says the delays in starting his Miami-based MLS franchise are "frustrating", but believes the project will come to fruition.

Although he had two plans for a 25,000-seater stadium in central Miami rejected last summer, he says an announcement on the project will come within "the next couple of months".
