Man United 3-1 Burnley: Sean Dyche praises 'outstanding' effort
Burnley boss Sean Dyche says his was "outstanding" despite a 3-1 defeat by Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Substitute Chris Smalling scored twice either side of Danny Ings's equaliser as Burnley went into half-time behind despite dominating the first half, but United's Robin van Persie added a third with a late penalty to see off a spirited Clarets side.
Burnley have conceded a league-high 16 headed goals in the Premier League this season - six more than any other team - and Dyche believes his side must turn good performances into positive results.
