2022 World Cup: Phil Neville says winter tournament will help England

Former England international Phil Neville thinks having a World Cup staged in November and December 2022 could help England.

A Fifa task force has recommended that the World Cup in Qatar takes place in winter because summer temperatures in Qatar can exceed 40C.

Neville adds that he does have some concerns that competitions such as the FA Cup may suffer.
