2022 World Cup: BBC Weather's Nick Miller explains

BBC Weather's Nick Miller explains the difference in temperature and conditions between a summer and winter Fifa World Cup in Qatar in 2022.

A Fifa taskforce has recommended that the competition should take place in November and December because of fears a summer event would endanger the health of players and fans.

Summer temperatures in Qatar can rise well above 40C, while those in November and December drop to around 25C.
