BBC Radio 5 live sports news correspondent Richard Conway looks at the debate surrounding the £1bn that Premier League clubs have agreed to hand over to lower league sides and grassroots football.

The Premier League sold the live TV rights for £5.136bn to Sky and BT for three years from 2016 and their donations have risen 40% from £700m after TV rights money increased by 70% from £3bn.

FA chairman Greg Dyke has welcomed the deal but wants further investment, while Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore believes the clubs already do an "enormous amount" for the game.
