The Clare Balding Show: Tom Daley demos new dive

Tom Daley demonstrates the elements of his new dive with the help of a lookalike plastic doll on The Clare Balding Show.

He is joined on the sofa by record-breaking England women's cricket captain Charlotte Edwards and Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton, who shares an anecdote about his most embarrassing celebrity moment.

Filmed in front of a live studio audience, the sporting stars chat to Balding in the first episode of her chat show and share the highs and lows of their lives inside and outside sport.
