Chelsea 3-1 Sunderland: Jose Mourinho revels in title success

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho admits that returning for a second spell at Stamford Bridge was "a risk" as the Blues celebrated lifting the Premier League trophy with a 3-1 win over Sunderland.

Steven Fletcher's header put the visitors ahead but a Diego Costa penalty levelled before half-time and substitute Loic Remy scored twice after the break to seal the win for the champions.

Chelsea ended the season having topped the table for a Premier League record 274 days.
