Glentoran fall at home to Zilina in Europa League

Glentoran manager Eddie Patterson says their 4-1 defeat at home to RMSK Zilina in the Europa League showed the difference between full-time and part-time players.

The Glens go to Slovakia for the second leg on 9 June seemingly with little hope of overturning the first qualifying round deficit.

Summer signing Conor McMenamin scored Glentoran's goal on his debut for the east Belfast side.
